Joe is an excellent realtor. He was very responsive, cognizant of our needs and wants, very calming and reassuring while critically evaluating each place we saw for its value, then was protective of us at closing to make sure no errors were made in closing documents. He made a very overwhelming situation like being first time homebuyers as smooth as possible. We would highly recommend him to everyone.

Joe was a fantastic realtor to work with. He was there for us from when we first started looking at plots to when we closed on our land. It meant a lot to us for Joe to be so generous with his time since we had never purchased land or real estate before. He had a good working knowledge of the NRV, was always easy to contact, and was very personable. We count ourselves blessed to have had such an easy experience, and we know that Joe was a very large part of that!

It was a great pleasure to work with Joe in buying my new home. Before purchasing this house, I visited at least nine other houses with Joe. During any of those visits, Joe never forced me or misguided me to purchase any of the houses. At every visit, Joe provided me with a very balanced description about the property.
