Mr. Milian was the primary point of contact in the sale of our residential property. He had superior market knowledge, and communicated regularly and effectively. Joel Milian is a very detailed and task oriented realtor. we were introduced to him be our son and was told he was great, well to say the least; he is great, more like incredible. His detail to responding emails or texts was beyond our expectation, always responding with minutes to our messages. The Open House was a success, we had over 30 customers and it sold our home. We sold at 97% of our asking price (409k VS 397k) and the sale was smooth, we used his recommended attorney and that was great as well, smooth transaction, out in under 30 minutes! Bottom Line, Joel is a caring and respectful realtor, not to mention his detail with all the interested clients that visited, always responding with the response of the clients right away. look no further, Joel is your realtor for life.
