My name is John Ashton. My wife Julie and I, along with friends and family, have been coming to Hilton Head and the surrounding area for 20 years. We decided shortly after our first visit that this would be a great place to settle once our children graduated from High School. We have three children. Our son Johnny graduated from Purdue University and is living and working in the Charleston (SC) area.
Our daughter Robin graduated from University of Toledo and is working and living in Cleveland/Akron area and our other daughter Devon recently graduated from The University of South Carolina. In addition to our personal travel to Hilton Head I have traveled extensively throughout the southeast as well as rest of the U.S.A. and Canada for business. Now with diverse life experiences including building two homes, setting up three manufacturing plants and dealing in many real estate transactions for business and personal use I joined a brokerage on Hilton Head Island and in 2016 joined Keller Williams Realty.with two offices in Okatie and on Hilton Head Island.

I first worked with John prior to his Real Estate career. I was impressed with John’s professional demeanor, business skills, integrity and follow-up. He had plans for years to move from Ohio to Hilton Head and always talked about his love for Hilton Head and the area. He had a wealth of knowledge of the area including the best areas to live, the best schools and its rich history. After he moved, my wife and I began discussing our interest in looking for something in the South and we called John and he has been a wealth of information and while we continue to debate where we invest in Real Estate, we know if we chose Hilton Head area, John will be our choice when we make the move.
