John Bell is a Licensed Realtor and Financial Services Professional with Charleston Empire Properties serving the Greater Charleston, South Carolina Market.
John’s career in sales started in his hometown of Williamsport, PA, home of the Little League World Series. The experience of selling home improvements door to door for Prudential Realty perpetuated his love and passion to work with people, and gave him the skill set to propel his life in sales.
John expanded his opportunities to work in banking and spent over a decade for a prominent Fortune 500 Financial Institution where he served as Vice President and Sales Manager of the Eastern U.S. Market. His extensive Sales experience & “Out of the Box” thinking provided him the unique opportunity to launch a brand new Sales Channel from the ground up which was unprecedented at the time. He thrives on working with others through a personal first approach and unmatched negotiation skills.
John left banking to pursue a career in Real Estate. After visiting Charleston he knew this would be his new home. His passion for fishing, golfing, motorcycles and working in the client services industry, made Charleston the #1 place to enjoy them all. John is also a fundraising assistant at ECCO (East Cooper Community Outreach) and a volunteer at SeaCoast Church in Mt. Pleasant.
