I worked with Frank Cal when I was looking to purchase a home. The Cal Team had very good reviews. I was a first time buyer and Frank was very professional and Knowledgeable. He made sure I knew what was going on in all of the phases of bidding and buying. Frank always returned my calls in a timely manner. We looked at a lot of homes to find the right one for us. Frank put a bid on a home for me on a holiday week end while he was away with his family. That was the home I purchased. Every thing went very smooth. I Recommend The Cal Team.

Amazing team. They knew the market, knew how to negotiate and fought for us/the sellers. Got more for our home then we thought. We were out of town for weeks leading up to the closing- Frank and the Cal Team went out of their way to handle EVERYTHING! Amazing group that I would highly recommend. We interviewed realtors and this was by far the best option. Hands down best choice out there!

We would highly recommend the Cal Team! The best real estate professionals in New Jersey!! We were recommended from a friend to call when we were contemplating on buying our home. Frank was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He made sure he was available to answer all of the questions that come up with buying and closing of the home any time of the day. We had the pleasure to work with the Cal Team as first time home buyers! My husband and I would visit open houses every weekend and it becomes a stressful process finding "the one" We had particular towns that we wanted to live and we would do neighborhood drives to see homes for sale and one day were lucky to find an open house the cal team was hosting. We walked in this home and fell in love! We worked with John Cal step by step.. He was so kind, extremely helpful and always available to answer our questions. I have done many transactions with Frank ( The Cal Team) and they are GREAT at what they do! The team has a great knowledge of rentals, multifamily apartments and are great at negotiations. I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

The Cal team are very knowledgeable, helpful, honest & professional. Would highly recommend them, they know the market & will fill your needs. We started our listing at a higher price than what they recommended & wasted a few months by not listing it at the price they had recommended we do but in the end all worked out.

We had a great experience working with the Cal Team. Frank gave us good advice and was always easy to reach and available to answer our questions. We wanted to sell our house and buy a new one in a pretty short time frame, which was a little bit stressful. But, we felt like Frank was committed to doing a great job for us and that made it easier. And he did- it all happened exactly as we had hoped and we were in our new house within our time frame. Frank was a great realtor for us and treated us like friends throughout the process. It couldn't have worked out better for us.

Our experience with the Cal Team was positive from start to finish. My house was listed and sold by Frank in 3 or 4 days. We also purchased our new home with the Cal team as well. Even though they were both the listing and selling agent on both counts, we felt they represented all parties involved fairly. I'm sure it was a hard position for them to be in, but it was handled quite professionally. Shortly after our sale/purchase was over, my parents also bought and sold using the Cal Team. Their experience was great as well. I would absolutely recommend them!

Our Rep, Frank Cal, really understood what we wanted. A young couple, wanting children, having pets, and needing space on a budget. And He did His homework. We left another realtor in the middle of a lengthy short sale, where we were doing all the homework & felt they (to go nameless) didn't deserve any commission on a sale with us. We will stand by the Cal Team & and every recommendation from them. We've found an awesome Handy Man & Electrican.
