This guy is awsome. I looked for homes with 4 other realtors over 12 mo. and could not get an offer excepted and John got me a home that was just what I wanted in less than a week. The closeing cost were paid and he even found me a lender that had better rates with no points. Thank John.Your client for life Jasson Padgette.

John Lewis represented my spouse and I in the purchase of our home. and she was our agent. Be very careful when dealing with John Lewis, Temecula Valley Realtor Executives especially Amy Gibbo and her boss John lewis. Especially if you are being represented by them. They are not out to look for your best interest or to represent you properly in your Real Estate Dealings. They are out to close a deal even if it means lying to you or failing to disclose information to you. Upon calling them on these issues they will throw a myriad of excuses of they "can't reach the other party", "currently on vacation", "Mother in Law is Dying", "Missed Plane from Mexico", "Recovering from Pneumonia", "Had to have shots done at the hospital" or any other excuse they can think of. Please, Please, Please make sure you communicate with them always in writing and never on the phone when dealing with them as you will have proof of your conversations. Please be especially warned about John Lewis and Amy Gibbo from this firm they are only looking out for their commission.

John was great to work with. Very knowledgeable about the Temecula area and has excellent experience in buying and selling homes here. I was impressed not only with his knowledge but he was also very easy to work with, no pressure. Thanks John

I've gone through John buying and selling and buying again and he is extremely knowledgable of the whole process, he is fast, he has a good reputation and he is upfront and honest. He is also caring and doesn't want to see you get into a place you won't like down the line just to get a quick buck, he will tell you if an area is bad and show you why. He wants you to walk away happy because that is what brings back customers. He always answers his phone or gets back to you quickly. I've gone through a couple other agents from different agencies in the past but John was the best by far.

John Lewis helped me find a home after I had tried to find a home with three other agents. I needed a four bedroom single story with a three car garage in Temecula and could only look on Sunday nights. John found me this beautiful home and we wrote an offer and got an excepted. This was all during a sellers market and is very frustrating because of the hours I could look in the competition in so many buyers. Thank you so much John

I had the best experience selling my home with Realty Executives. I was in Old Town Temecula with some relatives from back east. We were looking for a place to eat in Old Town, when we walk past the Realty Executives Office right there on the Boardwalk. There was a man putting up new listing on a board that said Deals Of The Day! I laughed and said to him "Kind of cheese". He turned around and laughed as he said I know Right! I asked him if he knew of a cool place to take my family from out of town. He said "Yes" and gave me a few options. He also handed me a Homes and Land Magazine and said if there is anything you need just call me. He didn't know that I was thinking of selling my home an buying a bigger one.About a month went by and I called him on a Sunday night at around 7pm. I was going to just leave him a message but to my amazement he answered my call. We talk for probably 30 minutes.Anyway I ended up listing my home with him and we sold it above appraised value. John Lewis is the owner of the Realty Executives om Old Town Temecula and I am so impressed with how he is. He is polite, professional, knows more about Real Estate than anyone I have ever met and if you hire him you better get some boxes because you are about to move. Oh yea he also got me a great deal on my next home and mad the transition from one home to another so smooth that I just can't be leave it. Thank you Mr. LewisRichard B

If you are looking to buy and/or sell a home or property then John Lewis is the guy to TRUST. John is the broker of Realty Executives located in Old Town Temecula. I have had many dealings with John during which I learned that in situations where others drop the ball he gets the job done! John is honest, ethical and professional in all his dealings. His negotiation skills are far superior to anyone I know. He is extremely savvy and is somehow able to motivate even the toughest or laziest agents, sellers, and buyers - who knew that it takes tact, experience, creativity and ambition to overcome hurdles and close a deal.

John saw that I had shown interest online to a property and reached out via email to me. He was diligent enough to earn my business but also openly willing to wait until I was ready. His service was exceptional. He dropped everything to meet our timelines and provide home options within our Temecula search area. He narrowed in very quickly to our tastes and list of home desireables. Once we found our preferred home he was thorough, diligent, and processed the contract timely. What was most impressive is once we cancelled our contract within the contingency and ended up moving out of the area he continued to treat as his best and most loyal customer. I would recommend John to anyone seeking to purchase a home in Southern California. If I were to return to the area John would be the first person I call.

John Lewis left me in the rain literally.... I will explain exactly my first time home buyers experience. Back in 2008 I went to look for my first new home. You know that feeling if you bought before, and even if you had not bought you dream what the experience will be like... Like a Cinderella feeling going to a ball, the American Dream. I was a dream loan candidate no debt and a VA loan all ready so all we had to do was pick out the home. Sadly though we wanted San Diego the town we were looking at was a bit out of our price range, but the realtor was very nice and showed us some great homes. We were looking for a bit more for a bit less cost. Temecula was our second choice. We didn't have a realtor in Temecula and we saw this office. It wasn't busy at all, no clients that we could see at the time and we were met by John Lewis. We looked for a bit online and found a few prospects. All were foreclosures though at the time weren't most? We looked at them in person found one that was ok and decided let's put an offer in. This is where he only has his own best interest and if your a first time home buyer he will not look out for you. My fault for not knowing what I was getting in to buy a warning for ANY first time buyer as he will take advantage of you.He said well if you want to make an offer its good to put a little bit over asking price to let them know your a serious buyer. He paused and said you don't know how many other people have offers on the home and you can loose it. Back in 2008 I didn't know about Zillow or any other web based programs to show homes on the market. John showed us his MLS but didn't show us or tell us about facts on the home. One that it was on the market for a very long time, almost a year. That the price has dropped and he wants us to come in over. Sure he does, more profit for him.Once we put in our offer over asking price he said I know you have a VA loan but let me send you to my friend she can write up a better loan for you. Again my fault as I should have done a bit more homework. After this he was non-existent.So we bought the home, called John and asked how do we get the keys. He stated they are at your front door just go to your new home. It's pouring raining and we drive to the home and look everywhere for the keys. We're soaking wet, called him again and he said they should be right there... Finally he says, I'll be there in 20 minutes I have them right here. After making a great deal of money for just hours of work on us as a client this is how he treats us?Please if your a first time home buyer he does NOT have your best interest at heart. I have been much wiser and met many other realtors since then that will earn their commission not try to just get a sell. Last thing he said was if you send xxxx clients to me and they buy a home we will send you and your wife on a vacation. Since then I had 23 other friends buy a home and I recommended 0 to John. They all had very pleasant home buying experiences and are very happy with their purchase. Stay clear from this place they do not have to customers interest at heart. My first time home buying experience was a nightmare. Every time I had a question about my purchase after I accepted the purchase he was not there for me and I had to fend for my self. Don't use his "friend" who does loans either. There are fair and good loan brokers who will tell you up front the truth. Stay clear.
