John has been a wonderful help. Very attentive and quick response. John has made himself available when we needed help. He has extensive knowlege of Arizona laws and kept us very informed along the way.

We were living in Indiana and John was able to locate the ideal locations for a house rental! He stayed in contact with us and anytime we sent an e-mail, he phoned and answered our questions! My husband flew down and John went with him to each house and then negotiated the details while we were back in Chicago. John also was able to make this happen in a span of about two weeks! Our family is VERY happy with our new location! We look forward to working with John on the "big" purchase of our own home!

Being from out of state, I thought John went out of his way to make sure that I saw the different areas surrounding Phoenix and what each area had to offer in the way of amenities and proximity to the amenities of surrounding areas and the airport. I thought that on my four visits to look at homes, John spent the time to check the homes for defects that I otherwise would have missed. When I wasn't able to be in Arizona, John took it upon himself to drive to different areas checking out homes and even attended a few open houses on my behalf. I have and will continue to highly recommend John to my friends and family who are considering moving to the Phoenix area.

We cannot say enough about John. We knew we wanted a 2nd home in Arizona, but being from Minnesota, it was like exploring an unfamiliar country to us. He completely mapped out an entire itinerary for us to see homes from Wickenburg to Crown King and on to the Payson/Pine areas. He would check with us on daily to hourly basis on how we were doing. It was a phenomenal & informational journey! We decided on a lovely home in Wickenburg & guess what? That is now our primary home & we could not be happier! NONE of this could have been possible without John & we HIGHLY recommend him. He is extremely knowledgeable & professional PLUS went MORE than the extra mile for us.
