He found the exact type of property I wanted, negotiated a great price for me, and worked with me from start to finish. I then had him list another property I had for sale. He marketed it properly and handled both sides of the sale. I highly recommend him for any real-estate needs you have. He won't only put a sign for sale on your property but will market it for a fast transaction at a fair price.

John is absolutely amazing! He goes above and beyond. He is an honest guy, and is different from a lot of relators. He was able to sell our house quickly, and he found our dream home. John Moise is the BEST realtor out there. John listed and sold both my houses within a 7 month period. John helped me do whatever needed to be done to make the transactions happen on time. John was the most professional realtor I had the pleasure to work with...originally my one home I was gonna sell by owner, but after speaking with John I knew it would be in my best interest to have John list my house. John worked with all the persons involved in the transactions in a proactive manner. I was a single woman at the time and John hung smoke detectors for me to pass my Fire Inspection CO, since I had no clue how to do it. John also was there for my CO when I sold my second house, since I could not get off of work at the time. John always went above and beyond to help me list, sell and buy. I highly recommend his professional services.

We .listed our home with John in July 2017 after previously listing with another agent from a different reality company. John was very knowledgable about water front properties. He was extremely trustworthy. I gave him a key and knew that my home would be left in the same condition as he found it after it had been shown. That was very important to me. We did not live in this home full time so if something was needed from the Township John many times made the ride over to the Borough Hall for us. He held open houses and also Caravans with other Real Estate Agents. When we sold he meet different Township inspectors at the house if we were unable to get down. When choosing an Agent you want someone that makes you feel like your home is the only home he is selling. John made us feel that way and he responded almost immediately either by text, email or phone call. My husband and I felt very confident that John knew every aspect of selling our home and that he would represent us professionally. We went with John after several showings with another Realtor. We assumed that all or most Realtors would be the same but we were gladly mistaken. John is as professional as they come, patient and a wealth of knowledge (even beyond the Real Estate transaction). We could not be happier with all that he provided and look forward to working with him in the future. Hopefully that is not too soon however, as we would like to be here a while...

This was my first time buying a home on my own. On a whim, I went to an open house and absolutely fell in love with the house and wanted to put in an offer - I had no idea what I was doing! John was the agent at the house and he walked me through every step of the way and took the time to explain everything to me - the what could happen, what might happen and what probably will happen.
