About John Paulsen


John Paulsen is co-owner of Crye-Leike Coastal Realty. John brings his proven leadership and business savvy to the CryeLeike Coastal team. With over 20 years of sales and marketing experience with one of Memphis' largest printing firms, John has the vision and knowledge of what it takes to successfully market and manage a business. He has received numerous sales awards including The Prestigious Award for Sales from Memphis Sales Executive Club.

Initially, John established the Crye-Leike franchise in Real Estate Sales division. However, he realized the market for a professional and customer-oriented Property Management division and launched Destin Vacation Rentals in April 2003. His expansive ties throughout the Destin community and the Southeast provide the networking connections that have allowed his Destin office to prosper in such a short period.
