He knows so much about the DFW area and gave us a lot of guidance on which neighborhoods would be a good fit for us. I would recommend John to anybody looking to buy or sell their home. John was a tremendous help to us as we moved to the area from out of state. We talked to a few realtors but went with John as it was clear he was experienced and quite knowledgable about the area (which was important to us). John had everthing lined up and we ended up in a much nicer home than we had expected to find in our price range. I can’t say enough great things, on how patient and attentive John Peketz was for me during my long distance search from South Florida, Driving back and forth to Dallas from December 2020…again and again…John attentively took me to all the fabulous builders, only to find out all lots, ..SOLD out at the time..Without discouragement I pressed on with the search..driving back in the spring for the resale market….it was very difficult !!! an understatement..John kept saying NO worries the right house will come along when it’s time…and low and be hold…June 5, THE ONE, suddenly appeared..acting fast John had me in a contract the same day!!And ata price that was considerably less that I was expecting to pay..I am so happy I selected John, as my realtor I had interviewed another realtor ….selected John..THE RIGHT realtor is so important I’m So happy I didn’t select an amateur…..John is on top of any problem that may arise…Thankyou John Peketz

We worked with John to buy our first home (a new construction home in Melissa). Not only did John help us find the perfect neighborhood, he gave us great insights on builders and advice on what upgrades to include in our home that would add the most value and which upgrades we could do later ourselves for less money. He even contacted the builder’s lender and negotiated a lower interest rate and a $3,500 savings in closing costs. Initially, we weren’t sure we needed a Realtor to buy a new construction home but are so glad we decided to work with John. He helped us make better decisions and save money!

John researched homes for us based on our needs and wants and planned out a day of showings so we could quickly narrow our choices. On a couple occasions, he came to the house we selected to check progress and to make sure the builder kept their promises. He made good recommendations regarding our community and has followed up with us a few times to make sure things are going smoothly.

We have used many agents in the past and even 2 different agents on our last home sale with no results after a long period of time and then John comes into our lives and WOW! We were incredibly impresses with his credentials and his advice on what to do and how to prepare were invaluable. When he listed our house, it sold in 24 hours but the deal fell through by the buyers. He then advised us on what more we could do to increase not only a fast sale, but a secure sale. After 2 weeks of preparations, he listed our house again and again it sold in 1 day with 4 OFFERS! We got $6,000 more than we were asking! John is more than just a real estate agent to us, he has become a friend we can trust.

John is someone that I will always recommend for anyone looking at buying or selling their home. We were out-of-state looking to buy a home in Texas. We really had only one weekend. I needed a realtor to sell my grandmother’s house as part of her estate. This was my first house to sell so I didn’t have a clue what I was doing. He’s very knowledgeable and walked me through the whole process, step by step. He sold the property faster than I had anticipated and for a price higher than what I had expected. He knows the market well, pays great attention to details and always kept me in the loop on what was going on. I truly enjoyed working with John and I would definitely work with him again.
