On very short notice because time was a major constraint, my daughter arranged for Joe to show me a condominium that we both liked. I walked in the door and said "This is it." I had been contemplating and planning a move for over two years, but nothing had worked out. We went to a coffee shop, filled out the paperwork and made an offer. My daughter left for her trip and I took over babysitting my grandchildren. The owner countered and I upped my cash offer a little. Thanks to Joe's negotiating skill, the unit was mine. Two hours! I later learned that the owner had a better offer an hour after accepting mine. Closing went smoothly and Joe's gift of champagne made great mimosas! I love that he maintains contact and enjoy the American Lifestyle magazine I receive from him. What a guy!
