Joe was born in Pauls Valley, OK. and raised about 5 miles south of Lindsay. Joe graduated from Lindsay High School in 1989 before going to OSU Tech in Okmulgee late 89-90 for automotive service. When spring came, and school was out at the age of 19, Joe and a high school friend started a floor cleaning business; J&J Floor Care, Inc.

In 1994 Joe bought out his friend and added restoration service and continues to this day. Joe and his family moved to Norman in 2016. Over the last 28 years Joe has serviced thousands of clients with their cleaning and restoration needs in his service area which is concentrated mostly in Lindsay, Pauls Valley, Norman, and towns all around.

In Early 2018 Joe was recruited to sell real-estate and why not, who better to trust selling or helping you to find a home than a guy who has been in and out of thousands of homes in his career.
