About Joseph McMurry

The sale or purchase of your home is a deeply personal experience. You need a real estate professional who is not only committed to guiding you through the process, but one who is intentional about meeting your needs and the needs of your family. I have experienced the Charlotte market as a single person, young married, married with children, and now married with teenagers. No matter what phase of life you are in, I am eager to serve you in your desire to find the next place you'll call home.

My mission has always been to make a difference in the lives of others. This governs my approach to everything I do, from coaching recreational soccer to submitting an offer to purchase. No matter the circumstance, it is relationships that matter most. This is why I make myself available to clients, and why I pay attention to specifics. I can receive no greater compliment than for someone to say that I cared about their situation, and that I acted in their best interest.

Although I was not born in the Charlotte area, I have called Charlotte home for more than seventeen years. I love this city and the surrounding areas, and it is my desire to see our communities thrive. Whether you are moving from across the country or across town, I am ready to help you find a place to belong in the Carolinas.

On the face of it, it seems utterly preposterous; why not just sell your home without a ...

How Your Appearance Affects Your Sales

As a real estate professional, you’ve probably heard one person or another talk about “dressing for success” while they show you their new watch or tailored suit.
