I've been in Real Estate quite a few years. From 1968 thru 1998, Runtz Home Builders, Inc. designed and built fine custom homes up and down Chicago's renowned North Shore, from Evanston to Lake Bluff; and throughout the North and Northwest suburbs. In 1968, I was certified as a Registered Real Estate Broker in Illinois...a necessity...so as, to enter the resale market with the homes I took in trade, updated, and remodeled. In 1993, I signed a three-year contract as Sales Manager and Construction Consultant for a 65-unit apartment-to-condominium conversion in Park Ridge, Illinois, in concurrence with running Runtz Home Builders. The project sold out in eighteen months...a full year and a half ahead of the projected schedule. After retiring from home building in late October of 98, we moved to Arizona, settling in Mesa, I procurred my license as a Real Estate Broker from the Department of Real Estate. In the past 20 years, I have experienced and developed an extensive Real Estate background covering the entire Phoenix Metro area.
