Josh brings years of real estate experience, marketing experience and negotiating skills to the table. He enjoys helping people with any and all real estate needs. Josh was born and raised in North Dakota. He left home after finishing high school and moved to Houston to start commercial dive school. After finishing dive school he moved to Louisiana to start his new career. He was a deep sea diver for nine years and a dive supervisor/superintendent for another nine years. He moved to Florida and bought his first home in Pensacola in 2006. He married his beautiful wife Lena, a nurse practitioner in 2013. They have 2 wonderful sons. In his free time he enjoys diving, fishing, jet skiing and relaxing on our beautiful beaches. He is excited about his career in real estate because it allows him to be home closer to his family.
Josh believes that the skills he has acquired during his diving career, business ventures, and in life will be able to help you with all of your real estate needs. He knows the area well, the right people to get things accomplished, and the market. He looks forward to working with you!
