Joshua Lybolt currently serves as co-founder and President of Prime Real Estate. Prime Real Estate is the most aggressive real estate firm in the Northwest Indiana region, tripling in size in one of the worst real estate economies of past. His firm now boasts over 80 real estate agents and is considered the fourth largest real estate firm in NWI. Prime was originally founded in 2005 with his wife Magdalena.

Prior to rejoining Prime Real Estate in 2010, Joshua was appointed by the Governor, Mitch Daniels, as Regional Director of the Indiana Small Business Development Center in 2007. The NWISBDC is a public/private economic development organization sponsored by both the Indiana Economic Development Company (Department of Commerce) and Purdue University Calumet. The NWISBDC assists small businesses become successful by providing comprehensive business management advising, training, and resources to the entrepreneurs in a seven county region.

From 2001 to 2007, Joshua was a visiting faculty member at Purdue University Calumet. During his tenure at PUC, he had taught a variety of courses from Corporate Financial Management to Macroeconomics. Joshua's greatest achievement during this time was the development and accreditation of two undergraduate real estate courses that are still offered today.

Joshua serves on the board of several not-for-profit and community organizations including the Lake County Advancement Committee, Northwest Indiana Business Quarterly, Northwest Indiana Forums Economic Development Committee, Partners in Contracting Corporation, Hammond Innovation Center, GNIAR RPAC, PUCs Center for Entrepreneurship Success, as well as Purdue University Lake County Cooperative Extension Service. Joshua is also an active member of several community and trade organizations.

Joshua regularly gives back to the community in multiple forms. Organizations that have benefited include: The Susan G. Komen Foundation, Kids Hope USA, Kids Alive International, NWI Habitat for Humanity, Pink Ribbon society and the Food Bank of NWI, and Faith Church among others.

Joshua is a recipient of several awards in the recent past including: 2008 State of Indiana Governors Award for Tomorrows Leaders, 2009 Building Indiana News Who's Who of Northern Indiana, 2010 Purdue University Calumet Alumni Leader's Award and 2011 Northwest Indiana's 20 Under 40 Award by BusINess Magazine and The Times.

Joshuas' education includes a B.S. degree in Finance and an MBA from Purdue University. He is a 2009 graduate of Indiana Leadership Forum in Indianapolis and 2008-09 Leadership Northwest Indiana Class #25. Joshua was raised in the Munster, Indiana school system. He and his wife, Magdalena, just welcomed a son, Xavier. The Lybolt family are members of Faith Church in Dyer and reside in nearby St. John, Indiana.
