Josh made our home-buying experience easy and enjoyable! He was very accommodating to our busy schedules when showing homes, and his expertise was invaluable while navigating this crazy housing market! We ended up contracting a new home to be built, and Josh was an excellent liaison between us and the builders throughout the entire process, including joining us at our home design appointment to help guide us through the many choices and decisions we had to make. He also recommended a fantastic mortgage broker who made the mortgage process smooth and easy. Joshua Scelsi and Charlotte Shaw were fantastic! I never had to worry over a single detail for my house, but at the same time, I was kept informed of each step and what was happening. Being nine months pregnant at the time of sale was stressful enough, but Joshua and Charlotte made the entire process easy and painless. As Joshua promised, all I ever had to do was say yes or no to decisions or questions and he would take care of the rest. I won't write a book here. I'll just hit the high points...mainly the high point, because it's the one that stuck with my family. Josh fought for us when he didn't have to. We had some issues come up that we wouldn't have been able to navigate without Josh's help, and he went above and beyond to help us. Not only did he represent us well throughout, he checked up on us afterward. Service isn't the correct word. Advocacy is probably more appropriate. Couldn't recommend him more.

Josh is very knowledgeable great to work with. He helped us with every request (both reasonable and not-so-reasonable) with a smile and and a great sense of humor. He got our house under contract in a matter of days and also help us buy our dream home. He was honest and always had our best interest in mind. Highly recommended!!
