Last year, I lived in Maryland & decided late September 2015 to move to Ocean Isle Beach, North Carolina in the summer of 2016. I was looking at houses available on the computer & called a realty company to get a book mailed to me. By chance, I ended talking with Joy David. I told her the area I was interested in & what I was looking for & a week later, Joy emailed me info on the most perfect house. I can't say enough about how good Joy is. I ended up putting a contract on the house & buying it in December not summer 2016 as planned! She was always available to me. Always so pleasant & definitely looking out for my best interest. I highly, highly recommend her. She came thru with exactly what I wanted at a price I could afford!

Joy is incredibly knowledgeable about Ocean Isle Beach, and very easy to work with. I'd definitely recommend her if you're looking to purchase on the island.
