My home sold in 2 days and Juan managed to get me viewings of 14 houses over two days. The 15th house was the one I really wanted but there was a contract on it. He let me know immediately when the prior contract fell through, got me a viewing, and he wrote up the offer as soon as I saw it. There were some road blocks with financing and things and Juan stuck with it and I was able to close on my old house and my new house the same day!

Juan Manuel was wonderful in helping my wife and I find a home. We were first time home buyers and had so many questions and Juan was there to guide us every step of the way.Any time I had a question, Juan was always quick to respond! Most of my questions had to do with the lending process, and he helped me arrive at decisions on my own by giving me the pros and cons. One good example was giving me information to help me decide which type of loan was right for me.He was also very good at knowing what kind of questions a home future home owner would have. I had previously pondered in my head, "where do i go to turn on my water service?" At closing and without having to ask, Juan told me this is where you will go to turn on your water.He gave me tips on home repair too!If you want and honest, respectful, and kind agent, someone you can absolutely trust, call Juan.
