My experience with Juanita was a very rewarding one as it relates to her professional skills in helping me and my husband seek and purchase our new home. She had our best interest at heart, never rushed or tried to push anything on us. Juanita was involved in what the builder or agent on site would discuss with us concerning the house we were pursuing. She showed us a lot of different houses in nice communities. She made it a point to ask us what area we're looking to live, and many other things that were very concerning to us, and most importantly she tried keeping us within our budget. To sum everything up about my experience with Juanita, she's the kind of agent I would love someone to refer to me if I was just starting out buying or renting a house!

Juanita is the BEST real estate professional I have ever worked with. We live abroad and could not be present for any part of the sale of our home in Georgia. Juanita handled everything beautifully from start to finish, getting us multiple quotes for repairs to get the home ready for sale, getting our payments to the service providers when payment could not be made by phone, finding a new buyer immediately after our initial contract fell through, and still getting us to closing on our original closing date. She got us top dollar for our home and stepped up when our buyer's representative was not meeting his responsibilities. She responded immediately with clear information to every question we had. I would use her services again without reservation. Juanita made a difficult process as painless as possible for us and we could not be more grateful for her excellent performance. Juanita was wonderful. I could not have found my perfect home without her. She was easy to talk to, responded to emails/calls within minutes sometimes and really listened to me. She was never pushy. I dealt with 2 other realtors that wouldn't show me homes unless I was buying right away, which was frustrating since I was ne you the area and not sure exactly what I wanted. Juanita took time to show me places even though I wasn't sure I was ready to buy 6 months ago and amazingly she followed up with me right at 6 months! She also took the time to show me a house on new year's eve AND new year's day when another realtor didn't want to make the effort. I am really happy I met Juanita and am very grateful for all of her hard work on my behalf. She is the kind of person who puts worth the maximum effort whether you're buying a modest home like me or buying a million dollar home. I never felt like I was anything but her utmost priority and because of that experience, I will 100% recommend Juanita to everyone I know who is looking to buy a home!
