For over a decade Judy helped me purchase several properties, some were for investments. Not only that, but she helped fill the vacancies for the homes. She is an expert in the field of selling, buying, and renting a house. Several years ago Ms. Wonus helped me acquire a property in Old Town Alexandria that was a “diamond in the rough.” Her keen eye, negotiation skills, and knowledge of this industry helped me get a property that had over 30% in equity. She then went above and beyond and help me sell another property in Fairfax in three days. There is no doubt that Judy can see beyond the surface of any property. She worked closely with me to guide me through the purchasing, negotiating, and settlement process. Due to her numerous years in this industry, she also helped me get connected with several people who helped make the buying and selling process easy and stress free. I simply can't say enough wonderful things about Judy Wonus. Judy was available to me all the time from when I signed with her to when she sold my house. She believes in customer service. She overlooked nothing. When I said I was leaving a couple items I didn't want in the attic, she climbed up and retrieved them and sent emails to my sons asking if they wanted them. (They did.) Judy creatively resolved all issues that arose. It's obvious that she knows the Mantua market; she priced my home higher than other area agents wanted to list it for and as a result it sold for a higher price. In addition, she has a superb team of professional workmen who provide prompt and reasonably priced service. Her excellent reputation is well deserved. I highly recommend her.

Judy was amazing to work with! Like other reviewers have noted, Judy's willingness to go above and beyond to accomplish what needs to be done is remarkable. In our case, we were doing a simultaneous purchase of a home "as is" and a rental of our existing home, timed to match to the day on a short turn-around. To say her advice and expertise were invaluable throughout the process seems like an understatement. She showed us another house she had on the market to spawn ideas on how to prep the house we were about to move into. She made her team of workers available to assist us immediately after closing. Judy personally handled the unforeseen (and significant) issues that arose with aplomb, absolute dedication, and mastery. She is unflappable and a powerhouse to boot - absent her skill and hard work, we could not have pulled this off. We are still pinching ourselves how well this all turned out. Thank you, Judy!

She is one of the most experienced real estate agents in the Mantua area with a long record of home sales and customer satisfaction. In 2014, I selected Judy to represent us in the sale of our home. We needed a quick sale at a price near what we were asking. Despite a slow and highly competitive market, Judy was able to find a buyer and arrange a sale that satisfied both the seller and buyer.
