First time home buying experience. My wife and I decided it was time for us to get a family home because we were tired of moving all the time. We went through the process of getting the pre qualification letter before we even started looking. Once it was in hand we started looking for homes and found several we wanted to see ASAP. After contacting several agents through the Zillow site and none of the first three contacted us after appointment times passed; we got frustrated. Then my wife found Julia's contact info and called her. She got us set up to see some houses the same day within the hour. And we sure are glad the first few were slow because hands down she was there for us every step of the way. We finally found an area that we wanted to be in and it was an hour drive for Julia but without hesitation she made sure we got to see the houses when we wanted. And low and behold just a couple months and we are now in a new home loving it. Couldn't have asked for a better home buying experience. My family is stoked and all really enjoyed having a realtor that cared about what you want, not just what they can make. Thank you so much for helping us find a place we can call our home.

We live in New Jersey and wanted a second home close to our kids who are living in Wilmington. We purchased our home on line through Julia. She was great! Her attention to detail and the clarity she brought to the sale was really helpful. Making a large purchase like this so far from home is a scary experience but Julia made it very smooth.
