Julie was a pleasure to work with! She is very knowledgeable and helped me in the process. She made buying a home fun. Closing was within a month and she helped me every step of the way. With only a few days to find a home in Conway, and not knowing the area, it was important to me to find a realtor who could not only show properties, but to assist in finding mortgage lenders. I also needed to be back in my job in another part of the country while the final details of the sale were concluded. Julie was absolutely wonderful to work with. By email I showed her some online listings that I thought might fit what I was looking for. When I arrived in Conway, she had set up viewings of several of those as well as some she thought might fit. Not once did Julie try to convince me to look at properties that were higher than the spending limit I had set or that did not fit the requirements I had given her. Once I found the home I wanted to buy, Julie managed all the details, kept me informed by phone and email and helped me finish all the necessary paperwork long distance. I highly recommend her to anyone considering the purchase of a home in this area.

Julie helped us sell our home in Conway and she also helped us find a new home in Maumelle. She was very easy to work with and she worked very hard. She was able to sell our home in Conway in one week! We would definitely use Julie again if we ever need a realtor.
