When my husband and I were starting to look for a home; Julie went above and beyond in helping us fulfill our needs. We must have looked at 5-6 houses but during each and everyone she would inform us on any and all information about the home. We finally found our home; of which we had lots of hurdles due to it being a foreclosure, but again Julie did everything by the book and made our closing very easy. Well as easy as we could due to the circumstances. Thank you again Julie for everything you have done for us. You are not just our realtor you are a great friend FOREVER!! ????

Unprofessional. Did not negotiate at all for me, didn't even try. Didn't know very much about the houses we visited. Would make a plan to show me a house and cancel due to her own personal issues.

Julie always went to bat for us... Even now, a year later, she us still helping with needed referrals and information. She is one you can count on and us available when you need her. Julie worked with our housing program which added another layer of difficulty. But she handled it like she had been using this program for a lot longer than she actually had.Thanks Julie for working with us as a top notch professional!

Julie is an incredible person. I was quite impressed with her. She is honest, interpersonally-engaging and a consummate professional. I felt that she was my advocate and ally throughout the whole process. She is a person of great integrity. I recommend her to everyone I know. I so enjoyed working with her that now that my home has sold and we are no longer in contact I miss her. I think this speaks to her skill at building effective relationships with her clients.
