Julie was fun to work with. I was from out of town and she was very flexible to accommodate my schedule. After purchasing my condo, Julie did a lot of extra things for me as I had not moved yet.

Julie was great to work with and absolutely professional. We were flying in from Minnesota for the weekend and she had appointments for over 20 homes for us to look at and was great with her advice and expertise. She showed us properties right in our price range, and knew just what we were looking for. She is extremely knowledgeable about the Cape Coral area and was never pushy or impatient with us! We found a home we liked and after we flew back to Minnesota she took care of everything. When there were a few problems with the home inspection, she followed up and made sure everything was fine before we flew down for the closing.Julie is the best realtor we have every dealt with.

Julie was very professional and knowledgeable throughout my home purchase process. She showed me multiple properties in several different areas for more than a year to find the right place for my second home. Once I made an offer, she helped manage the negotiations and all the other details up until the closing.I highly recommend Julie because she’s on top of the process, knowledgeable about the market and very patient and understanding with buyers, sellers and other agents.

Julie was very helpful. She was always available when we called her or got back to us quickly. Was professional yet personable. Only showed us houses we were interested and did research before we saw them (flood zones, nice neighborhoods etc)

Julie was great to work with. She took her time, wasn't pushy and drove us around since we were not that familiar with the area. When we added places that we found she did all the research for us. She made sure all the homes were what we were looking forI would highly recommend her!
