I SPEAK:
I am the daughter of Dick and Peggy Icker. I was born in Leesburg, Florida and have two older sisters, one older brother and I am the last born daughter of my parents. Although when I was ten they decided to grow our family again! Through the next several years we fostered handicap children. Now I legally have two younger brothers and one younger sister with Downs Syndrome. I am truly blessed to be a part of such an awesome family!
When I was twenty years old I married the love of my life, Danny and we remain married and in love after thirty three plus years. We have two beautiful daughters and five incredible grandchildren. Being a native of this area equips me with knowledge and the gift of being familiar with this community. It also has instilled a love for Lake and Sumter county as my home. Although it has grown due to The Villages development I embrace the growth and love the amenities our community now offers. I love God and am proud to be an American Christian! I love people and the Real Estate Profession! It would be my pleasure to serve any of your Real Estate needs!

Risks And Rewards Of Selling Your Home Without A Realtor
From the perspective of a home buyer, the position of a real estate agent can seem unjustified in its existence. On the face of it, it seems utterly preposterous; why not just sell your home without a ...
