Karen did an excellent job of staging and marketing our home in the middle of January! She was very professional, really knew what buyers are looking forward and did an excellent job communicating with us. I could not have asked for a smoother process from the very beginning until our house was sold! I would use her again in a heart beat.

Karen helped us sell our home in Highlands Ranch, while we lived all the way in Maryland and was paying two mortgage. We were very stressed trying to sell a home from so far away, but she really helped ease the process. She scheduled and met contractors for us and took care of arranging to have someone shovel our sidewalks when it snowed. She did a great job staging our vacant home for us. She even scrubbed our stove to make it shine. After only 2.5 weeks on the market we sold the home. We were really lucky to find her and her team. Thanks for doing a great job.

I contracted with Karen and Mick after interviewing 5 other realtors.Karen and Mick seemed very knowledgeable about the market and the area we were selling in. She was very soft spoken along with Mick her husband. They heard my concerns and put my concerns at ease.They put our house up on the market on Fathers Day and held an open house and got 3 full price offers and above. After negotiations with the people that made offers we accepted 1. Upon the day of inspection the people called and said their home had flooded out and was backing out. Again they put the house on the market and within 3 hours we had 2 full price offers and above. I was very skeptical in the beginning but she was very professional and worked very hard to sell our home. I very much believe in Karen and Mick and suggest everyone to work with them. I am very pleased in the way things went.

Karen is the best real estate agent I've ever worked with.She was very meticulous about getting my home ready to put on the market, giving me detailed advice about what upgrades would provide the most benefit for the money. She referred me to excellent contractors and even helped me select items. I'm not great at that sort of thing, but she is and was always ready to help me with anything. She has a gift for interior design. When the house was ready to put on the market she staged it beautifully, providing lots of items to put the finishing touches on the decor. Her insightful and thorough market analysis led us to settle on a listing price that was perfect for current market conditions. Through her efforts, I had a solid full price offer immediately. She negotiated very favorable terms for me, and we proceeded through to closing with never a hitch thanks to her expert guidance. We actually enjoyed selling our first home! It was easy! You may not hear that often but Karen and Mick made it all happen within 10days! Cash in pocket! SOLD!Getting our home ready for sell was seamless with the help of Karen as she handled all communications and negotiations getting us the best deal and making our home show ready! All of the staging materials she used made the house look like a model home and the advice on improvements made our 20plus year old home look brand new! Our pictures were incredible…the house was priced just right to get the most amount of attention and in one weekend we had 96 showings!!!Once on the market we were astonished by the enthusiasm of the potential buyers and had great feedback from all of the showings. It was exciting to receive the email notifications each time a new showing was booked! Our home sold for more than we thought it would. Karen's knowledge of the area market was key in establishing a list price. Karen and her team did an excellent job of marketing our home including staging, open houses, impressive brochures and narrative. Our home was on the market for 17 days and sold for 98.5% of list price.
