Karen Kight was so patient while we sold our house. Was a sentimental time for us to leave /sell our home that we raised our children in. She totally understood when I needed time to adjust to having people do their walk throughs. Some days it was just too sad to deal with and she was very empathetic.she allowed me the time I need to get thru the process. She used so much TLC with me and in the end our home sold quickly thanks to her advice on staging and awesome photos. Karen Kight nvr pressured us to do anything we weren't ready to do. Some realitors are in a hurry to get the house sold and get paid but not Karen, she knew I was struggling and knew that it was important for me to sell and grieve at the same time she was awesome.
