I can't thank Karen enough, for helping us sell our home, Karen is very professional and knowledgeable, she advised us in what we needed to do every step of the way. Karen sold our house in 2 .days from the day she posted it for sale, the closing was a month later. Karen was always on to top of things, providing us with important details, she always answered our calls and messages. It was such a blessing finding Karen to assist in the selling of my property. She was so extremely helpful from day one when I called her. She took the time to meet me several times in the beginning guiding me in the right direction on what needed to be done before my house went on the market. Have dealt with a myriad of realtors.Karen goes above and beyond so attentive looking out and caring immensely about the buyer.I was adamant on a home and She being the expert living in area for do long told me to not go forward wait for something that was what I was looking for.Some May ssy clairvoyant or what She was spot on.I was out area She even helped after the closing.Not enough good things to say about a fantastic realtor.No travesty with Her.She is honest loyal and does not prevaricate things. if She was not rated 5 stars.I would not have replied.She deserves every. Karen went over and above during the sale of my house. I was doing the whole transaction from overseas because of the pandemic. She became my surrogate on site. She provided her expertise in what was most needed to make the property more saleable and she made sure whatever I agreed to do was done. I am deeply indebted to her for all the help she so freely gave. Thank you Karen. Without your experience and guidance, the sale would probably not have been as successful as it was.

Karen was our 2nd Agent, after already being disappointed working with other agent we were skeptic to begin with. Karen right from the get go was very communicative and responsive over both email/text, since we were out of state buyers that gave us a lot of comfort and made us believe we can do this. She found us several properties to our liking and did tours herself before we decided to fly out to make offers. While in Orlando she took great care of our time since we planned to be there only for 3 days. She found us our dream home on the 2nd day itself and we had one full day to explore mid Florida beaches as well. She worked tirelessly to make sure we go back to California with a contract in our hand. It was an amazing experience. I wish we could find agent like her in California. Icing on the cake was all her referral like home inspection, home loan, home insurance etc were all turned out to be great and we were able to close our escrow with ease. I like to invest in real estate and i would definitely buy again with her sometime next year.

I can’t say say enough positive things about Karen regarding her help finding our dream house. She was there with us every step of the way of the home buying process and when the time came to put an offer in, Karen worked her magic. Karen is an amazing realtor and was so wonderful to work with to buy our second home.
