Initially Karen responded immediately to our inquiry about a house we saw online. To buy that house was an unusually complicated process for us but she helped us through every step and stayed positive and encouraging. She is delightful and personable. Karen helped me a great deal. She gave me tips to help sell my house, placed the advertisements, and did plenty of open houses. Within months we had an offer and then the fun started; after negotiations and the house inspection the buyer became unreasonable, asking for thousands worth of unnecessary repairs. It was tough to say NO. But Karen had a second offer in little time, with a third person interested waiting to see if the sale went thru. I am very happy with Karen as my agent.
