It is always a pleasure working with Karen. We have sold multiple homes & each time has been a great experience. My experience as a first time home seller was disappointing. Biggest issue I had was her lack of communication and responsiveness. She did not show up to closing nor did she prepare me with what I needed to take to closing.

Before Karen, I had several realtors and was very unhappy with their performance. Once I worked with Karen - it was unbelievable the difference. She works WITH you, as well as for you, to get your properties moved. I was so thrilled when I found her to both sell and purchase property for me . Karen was a wonderful Realtor. She kept us informed throughout the process of purchasing a larger acreage tract of land. From finding a lender to helping expedite things to meet our closing date, she was instrumental in the process. She was very kind and quick to respond to our questions.
