We live in Louisiana and with Karen's help we bought a condo. over the phone. We were very specific about location. Karen listened to our criteria and found the perfect condo for us. I flew to Durango for the "walk through" and we closed a few days later. We spoke with two other agents before we decided to work with Karen. I'm not sure we could have done it without her...seriously! We knew immediately our needs were her primary concern and that put us at ease. The whole experience was seamless.

Karen is very knowledgable about the Durango area. She was also very patient and kind with my renter who was not happy that I had to sell my mom's house, and patient with me as well! She was able to manage everything for me from a distance too as I no longer live in Durango. I would recommend her to anyone looking to sell their home in the Durango area.

We were absolutely delighted with Karen and Karen's assistant Rachel's professionalism throughout the whole process of selling our home. As out of town sellers, Karen took the lead in going beyond the normal call of duty in helping us get our home ready to sell. I have known Karen for years and worked with her w many projects, purchases and sales. I was always more than satisfied with her service. I am not always so easy and Karen aleays was patient and caring and more so straight forward. I have worked w other agents before Karen and was never half as pleased as I am working with her. She is 100% in and in your corner!!!

We moved to Durango from Texas and had only two days to look at homes, choose one, make an offer, and accept a counter offer (if necessary). Karen was great about only picking homes for us to look at that fit our expectations - we used a Realtor in Texas who discounted what we asked for and tried to show us homes above our price range, and out of our preferred neighborhoods. Karen showed us 21 homes on our first day, one of which we loved, and we put an offer on it that day. The next day the sellers counter-offered and Karen was great about helping us decide whether to accept that offer or not. When we end up selling/buying again, we will use her!
