As a Real Estate Broker-Sales Associate my main responsibilities is to manage real estate transactions within the process of buying and selling real property.
Over the past 18 eight years I have helped buyers become first time purchasers; and sellers upgrade and downsize their existing investments. I have worked with large portfolio owners in marketing/managing their inventory on the market, including selling out 17 units in record time on one condo building and 13 units in a new condo conversion building. I have been dedicated to teaching and mentoring over 60 agents to grow in their sales skills in this competitive real estate market; while maintaining status in the NJAR Million Dollar Sales Club for 2003, 2004, 2007-2010-2018. I have 12 years Accounts Receivable experience and progressed to Assistant Accounts Receivable Manager at a Fortune 500 company. Solid background in cash application, deduction resolution, merchandise claims, training and implementing SAP process. Karen holds a BA in Science-Business Management, I also have outstanding leadership skills in team management, customer satisfaction, and time management. I am a self-starting, innovative professional who has a sense of team, cares about people, and produces results
