About Karen Sims

As a Real Estate Broker-Sales Associate my main responsibilities is to manage real estate transactions within the process of buying and selling real property.

Over the past 18 eight years I have helped buyers become first time purchasers; and sellers upgrade and downsize their existing investments. I have worked with large portfolio owners in marketing/managing their inventory on the market, including selling out 17 units in record time on one condo building and 13 units in a new condo conversion building. I have been dedicated to teaching and mentoring over 60 agents to grow in their sales skills in this competitive real estate market; while maintaining status in the NJAR Million Dollar Sales Club for 2003, 2004, 2007-2010-2018. I have 12 years Accounts Receivable experience and progressed to Assistant Accounts Receivable Manager at a Fortune 500 company. Solid background in cash application, deduction resolution, merchandise claims, training and implementing SAP process.  Karen holds a BA in Science-Business Management, I also have outstanding leadership skills in team management, customer satisfaction, and time management. I am a self-starting, innovative professional who has a sense of team, cares about people, and produces results

One fellow agent describes Karen as someone who “gets it done and provides outstanding customer service. She’s nonstop and is an unwavering negotiator when it comes to getting the absolute best deal for her clients.” It’s no wonder that much of Karen’s success can be attributed to her hard work, mastery of the market, and most important, valuing each relationship with the upmost integrity, constantly striving to earn the privilege of becoming #yourrealtorforlife! As you can imagine, Karen has a unique talent for servicing a wide variety of clientele at a high level, while reserving time to pour into her colleagues.
