Absolutely fantastic experience with the sale of our home! Kari went above and beyond her duties to make sure that the sale was seamless. Kari was able to find us a home that met most of our criteria - very close to where we wanted to be. We insisted on a pool and spa, which really narrowed the choices. We moved to Florida from the Midwest, and would have had to make many more trips to see homes. She physically went to see them to make sure the home was what we wanted. She found us a good one - and the process went very smoothly. We would definitely recommend her to friends or family!

Kari is no doubt one of the most hardest working Real Estate agent I have been happy to work with. Her knowledge of the market and the community is amazing. I've sold property before with other agents but nobody like Kari, she's stays in contact and keeps you aware of the market. She has sold property for me and also my sister, it couldn't have been a better process. I still have more properties listed with her and tell all my friends about her. My fiancée and I purchase a house in Villa Milano, Port Charlotte, living in Orlando, she was our eyes and ears. Came every week and send us pictures of how the house was looking...when took longer in the construction of the house, she was the one fighting for us. I consider her a very professional lady that goes above and beyond to make her clients happy.
