Karla was extremely helpful when it came to the list price of our home. She was right on with the price and made sure we didn't over price it. Our home sold in 4 days. A lot of advertising was done and recommending staging really helped sell our home.

Karla is a hard working realtor who is quite knowledgeable. She took it upon herself to help our family out, even when there were plenty of obstacles to overcome. She helped guide us and figure out what steps were necessary to take among all parties involved to get us out of one house and into another in a timely manner. I plan on continuing my professional relationship with Karla to pursue other real estate properties.

I along with my other siblings were born and raised in Southern California. Our parents originally came from Des Moines. Like many, after WW II work became scarce after the war, so my parents relocated to California were they raise a family. In the 1980's, after retirement, they returned to Des Moines. They purchased a primary home and a second investment home. This past year, because of my elderly parents poor health my brother and I stepped in to sell the properties. After doing a search on the web, reading reviews and making a call, I found Karla. We found Karla to be real gem. She made selling our homes almost effortless. She is very familiar with local contractors and services. Living in California, we relied on Karla for almost every aspect. She even brought my father soup, when his health was in decline. To make a long story short both houses sold in less than 45 days at and above what we had thought. Closing was also a breeze. Every step of the way Karla managed the process. I highly recommend Karla!
