About Karole Lewis

Besides selling Real Estate I enjoy singing opera and I have 3 barking dogs: a maltise, malti-poo and a toy Australian shepheard.

Thank you for taking the time to find out more about me.  I have owned my own business since 2001 and before I started my business, I was Director of Product Development and Supply Chain for a large corporation in California.  I mention this because I have built my business by providing excellent customer care and by earning the trust of my clients.

Information is critical to any successful business.  I retain data sources to give me the ability to find properties that fit specific needs.  For example, if a client would like a property with the master bedroom on the bottom floor, I can find all properties that match that request immediately.  I am able to do this for all of Coachella Valley.

I also network with several lenders and attorneys.  During the purchase phase of a real estate transaction, there can be points where the schedule can slip.  Because of my relationships, I communicate regularly with all parties to ensure a stress-free process.

I also offer convenient communication styles: phone, email and texting.  I always reply as soon as possible.  Reach out to me at: 760-258-4883 for voice/text or email me at [email protected].  I look forward to working with you.

I'm wishing you the home you've been looking for!

My works with a team of professionals and is a full-time agent ready to answer all internet and property inquiries PROMPTLY. My goal is to get you the information you need quickly, and I am available to show you homes seven days a week, most any hour.

Risks And Rewards Of Selling Your Home Without A Realtor

Risks And Rewards Of Selling Your Home Without A Realtor

From the perspective of a home buyer, the position of a real estate agent can seem unjustified in its existence. Why in the world would you pay someone 6% commission on the total sale price of your home, just so that they can set up a couple signs in the yard and do some paperwork? On the face of it, it seems utterly preposterous; why not just sell your home without a ...
