About Katherine Cotter

Why you would want to work with me!
I don't sell houses. I help people find homes. I help people realize the full financial benefits of their existing homes through selling.

What I can offer you!
There's no substitute for experience. I've sold hundreds of homes in the last fourteen years. Each home, each client, each cooperating broker brought something different to the transaction. This afforded me insight, a variety of skills, and invaluable information that you will benefit from!

Customer Service is FIRST!
I am available 24-hours a day, 7 days a week during your transaction. This is a service pledge that I make alone in this industry. When you're buying a home, you've got to fit all the effort that takes into your busy schedule. That's why I work when YOU have time. I answer my cellphone EVERY time it rings, unless I'm on another call. Believe me, this is rare in MOST industries.
