Hello, and thank you for stopping by to read more about myself and my team. We love what we do and invite you to put our experience to work for you and your Lake Conroe real estate dreams.
I’m Katherine Maher, CLHMS. The acronym following my name stands for Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist. This certification translates into plain English the extra effort I made to complete a rigorous training course to serve my clients in the luxury home market. It is also the official luxury designation of Keller Williams Realty.
Before I could sign up for the training, I had to prove worthy. The Institute of Luxury Home Marketing requires candidates to submit documentation to verify that we are closing transactions that earn us a spot amongst the top 10% of agents in our marketplace.
I reached that 10% mark by applying my experience (I’ve been a licensed REALTOR since 1994) to successfully build trust with clients and help them navigate the real estate transaction process.
I’m a resident of Walden on Lake Conroe and can honestly say: I love this community. My children attended Montgomery schools, and I can give you first-hand recommendations for the independent school districts that serve our region.
We’ve seen Lake Conroe alumni go on to reach remarkable achievements in their professional or athletic pursuits. We have a few famous alumni from the area who have gone on to enter the world of professional sports.
“The Lady of the Lake” is my professional tag line and my lifestyle. When you love where you live and where you work, it’s easy to supply future neighbors with stockpiles of information about the land surrounding the lake.
One of my favorite specialties is the history that comes along with the property. I’m like the purveyor of provenance for Lake Conroe real estate. Please ask my team or myself about the abstracts (in theory, unless we’re lucky enough to read the paper version) that come along with the title search on your property. We love to talk conveyanced and deed
