Kathleen Kushner came to HHRand Realty after a career in the hospitality business, where she learned the value of outstanding client service. She believes that the hospitality industry is similar to the real estate industry, in that both require a commitment to the client experience, attention to detail, and creative problem-solving.
Kathleen believes that her greatest strength as a Realtor is her ability to communicate with her clients and identify their wants and needs. "I know how to talk to people, but more importantly I know how to listen to them and determine what they really want." As a result, Kathleen has a perfect "5.0" rating from Quality Service Certified, an independent rating agency. As one client indicated in her perfect evaluation of Kathleen, "she excelled at the task of representing me and my family for all of our needs. She was gentle, professional, and truthful in her assessment of our whole transaction. We truly recommend her."
Kathleen is proud to be a Rockland native, and believes that is a wonderful place to live: "I love the history of Rockland, and the diversity within the county. Whether you want to live in a trendy village on the beautiful Hudson River, or an atmospheric colonial in one of our historic towns, we have something for everyone."

Kathleen went above and beyond to get us our home. It was listed with another realtor and had an offer on it. She knew how much we wanted the house so she kept checking for us to see if the sale was going through. Needless to say Kathleen got us our dream home!! I would highly recommend Kathleen Kushner.

Kathleen was amazing. She was there for me every step of the way. She knew what was not worth the asking price and which were good deals. She was able to advise me about range of offer prices depending on what we were looking to do with several houses. When it came time to negotiate a final purchase price she was able to get us where we wanted price-wise and then quite a few other perks as part of the contract. She was hands on when we needed. I would recommend her to anyone!

Kathleen handled the sale of my late parents home under trying circumstances to say the least. Although I am a responsive client I was also I am sure a difficult client due to the emotion surrounding the circumstances of this sale, the previous few years of family history, and the overall anxiety of selling a home. Kathleen did a good job for me, and she is a nice person as well. I am grateful to her.
