Kathleen went above and beyond to get us our home. It was listed with another realtor and had an offer on it. Kathleen handled the sale of my late parents home under trying circumstances to say the least. Although I am a responsive client I was also I am sure a difficult client due to the emotion surrounding the circumstances of this sale, the previous few years of family history, and the overall anxiety of selling a home. Kathleen did a good job for me, and she is a nice person as well. I am grateful to her.

Kathleen was amazing. She was there for me every step of the way. She knew what was not worth the asking price and which were good deals. She was able to advise me about range of offer prices depending on what we were looking to do with several houses. When it came time to negotiate a final purchase price she was able to get us where we wanted price-wise and then quite a few other perks as part of the contract. She was hands on when we needed. I would recommend her to anyone!
