I had very strict guidelines for the home I needed to find, and Kathleen's patience and perseverance resulted in the perfect house for me at a price I could afford. If I'm ever back on the market I will definitely seek her out again!

My experience with her was/is very good. She was always professional and personable and at times clearly went out of her way to smooth things out as if in anticipation that things would not go smoothly; she possesses a posture of already being ready for the un-smoothness of the process and poised to smooth it out. She was/is reliable. It felt good and comforting to have her as an advocate for me, to have her in my corner, so to speak. I would highly recommend her.

Kathleen was very helpful from start to finish in the sale process of our home. She presented the competitive and fair sale price for our home to allow for a very quick sale which gave us a good amount of equity. Doing so, we received an offer very close to our desired sale price within 2 days after listing!I would also like to note that Katherine was our agent when we purchased the property. She is extremely helpful through the whole process and very family oriented. She is on top of any update and informs right away if there are any issues that come up. Always quick to serve and resolve, wish all real estate agents are as great as her. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I met Kathy when I asked her to sell my home on Kapitulik Rd in North Grosvenordale. She was so personable and knowledgeable about what I needed to do and very helpful and reassuring when I didn’t understand parts of the process or was becoming overwhelmed. We put my house on the market in May 2018 she worked very deligently and gave me many showings my house had a deposit on it in exactly one month.; June 28th ; we closed by August 28th . Kathy is very professional, understanding and easy to like and will help reassure, go above and beyond to do what it takes to help you sell your home . She ends up being your friend beside your realtor . She is outstanding ??????????

Kathy was a wonderful realter. She was easy to work with and spent a lot of time with us to find just the right home. Kathy was an excellent realtor, and I'd recommend her in a heartbeat. We looked at a lot of houses before I settled on the one I ended up buying. She was very patient and almost always answered when I called - if she was unavailable and I had to leave her a voicemail, she returned my call promptly within the same business day.

Kathy really did all she could to help us with the sale of our home. She continued working while out of state on vacation and hooked us up also with a great associate, Barbara. When the apartment we were transitioning into was not available for 4 days and we had to be out of our house , Kathy negotiated with the buyer’s realtor for the both of them to pay for our hotel stay. I just couldn’t believe she went that extra mile. We were very pleased with our choose selling experience.

I would recommend Kathleen to anyone! She is very informative and knowledgeable on the local real estate in the area. The thing that impressed me the most is how patient she is, she wants to find the right home for everyone even if that means sacrificing a little extra time, she will not rush you into anything!
