Welcome! I am here to assist you in finding your new home or selling your current house by providing excellent personal service and reducing your stress as you pursue your real estate goals.

For sellers I provide a Competitive Market Analysis (CMA) of recent sales transactions in their neighborhood with similar homes to assist them in setting a sales price that meets their goals. We discuss the latest innovative/creative technologies for marketing their home. I provide information on my company and my background.

For buyers I hold an initial interview to improve my understanding of the buyer's vision, assist the buyers in looking at their wants and needs, get agreement on how we can work best together, review paperwork, answer buyers questions and get the buyer pre-approved for a loan. I provide information on my company's history and my background. After the initial interview, I map a tour of homes, make appointments, provide entrance to homes that interest you. I also set up electronic feedback when homes with the features you have identified become available so you are able to review them online the day they are put on the market through the multiple listing service.

Finally, I have the whole Long and Foster staff on my team to assist with any aspect of real estate that might be raised. Long and Foster has recently merged with Warren Buffet's company Berkshire Hathaway. The statistics show that their successes speak for themselves every day, month and year.
