We recently sold our home with Kathryn Farmer's assistance and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. It was our first home sale, we had moved to another state before the sale came about. Kathryn Farmer went way above and beyond the norm of realtors. Her use of a special camera lens helped show much more of a room without distortion, and thereby showing the house beautifully. She has been very response and supportive of our needs as we made our transition out of state. If the scale were 1-10, she would be a 15!

Kathryn was the agent at the top of the list on the Zillow site. I knew I wanted to look for a place in north Georgia and going with her turned out to be an excellent choice!

Her knowledge of the area and how to get from one place to another was amazing. I'd probably Still be driving around if I had been trying to find places without her.

She took my broad requirements and helped me fine tune them to narrow the places we viewed. She had no problem taking us to return a few times to the house I eventually purchased.

We have worked with Kathryn for over sixteen years. She is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate business, the North Georgia area, and buying/selling a home/land. Kathryn helped us buy and sell a home in Dawsonville, and then in Waleska. During a time when it was difficult to purchase land, Kathryn assisted in buying eight acres in Ellijay. We have spent many hours driving around all of North Georgia, and not only does Kathryn have a good grasp of the real estate business, she works hard to help figure out what works for you, knows the pros/cons of the situation, and is able to quickly assess what a realistic asking price is. Kathryn helped us stage both houses when we were read to sell, and when it came time to take photos, she knew how to photograph inside and out to its best advantage. We highly recommend her services.

Kathryn was great to work with! This sale was done long-distance, with me being in Colorado. She kept me informed and up-to-date on what was happening, and she handled the local issues that I couldn't. She gave me honest feedback on the condition of the house when I listed it, and she always responded quickly to emails and phone calls. She was knowledgeable about the local market in Gainesville/Cumming, and had a good rapport with the buyers' agents who showed the house.
