About Kathryn Orr

I was born in England and had the pleasure of growing up in several states around the USA, as my Dad was an U.S. Air Force pilot. Due to my early experiences, I love both international and domestic travel where I'm able to learn about history and different cultures. I became a Broker Associate in 2020, earned my Real Estate License in 2014, and have been a CPA for 25 years with a Master's in Taxation.
.
After living in Northern California the majority of my life, I moved to Evergreen, Colorado for a few years before settling in Central Florida in 2014. I love everything Florida has to offer, especially Disney, the beaches and so many cruise options!
.
I live and work in Solivita to serve the 55+ community. I also work with investors in the Vacation & Second Home market in the Orlando area, as well as residential communities around the Walt Disney World Resort.
.
I believe in building strong relationships/friendships, and enjoy finding just the right home for our clients. Integrity, open communication and humor are the keys to my success. If you're looking for a stuffy, business-only REALTOR®, I'm happy to refer one to you, but if you'd like to make a new friend and enjoy a fun, stress-free experience while buying or selling your home, I'm the REALTOR® for you!
