I have worked with Kathy several times, both buying and selling. She is awesome! She is friendly, courteous, honest, and very knowledgeable. She is also very dedicated and works very hard for her clients to find exactly what they want. She obviously enjoys what she does. I would recommend her to everyone. She will always be my first choice when I need a realtor.

Kathy is top-notch and I would highly recommend working with her. She is very knowledgeable and is always quick to communicate through text, email or phone. If any problem or issue arises, Kathy will figure out the solution and stay in contact with you. She also has networked with quality people who made our home purchase possible. Kathy was amazing. She always answers her phone and is so helpful.. She gives that vide that she's more of a friend than someone you're working with...totaly bonus! She went above and beyond for us and sold out house in a few days. We had no clue what we were doing as neither of us had sold a home before and she was wonderful! I highly recommend her and will definitely use her in the future. Bonus: She had someone take pictures of our home for the websites that were incredible. They looked like they were from a magazine which definitely helped sell our home fast. We loved her!
