Kathy helped us with buying our first home. I can honestly say I was glad a friend of mine refered us to her, there's no way we could have found someone better. From the moment we contacted her she took down what we were looking for and went to work. We started getting listings to look at before we even came to the area, and when your military coming from overseas it was a huge plus. By the time we got to the area we already had our top picks at which we met with her and she took us to everyone. She wowed us with her excellent knowledge and eagerness to relay any questions we had to the sellers/builders. When we settled on a home she streamlined the process and helped us through the entire negotiation. Kathy is awesome, hands down. If you're reading this, you're wanting to find a good realtor and take it from me Kathy is the one for you. We refered a friend of ours and he ended up having the same experience with Kathy.

Kathy was able to help our family when military orders forced us to sell when property values were at an all time low. We found ourselves having to deal with the reality of a short sale on our family home. Kathy explained exactly what needed to happen and she made that happen. Not only did she advise us on how to get the most out of our property, but she made sure our sale went as quickly and smoothly as possible. We really relied on her knowledge and experience and she became part of our family as well. I would recomend Kathy to anyone, especially those serving our country, to help with the buying or selling of any property. 5 stars all the way!!

Kathy assured us she could sell our home in four months. She sold it in one week. She then helped me find a new home and was able to coordinate the closings to cause the least amount of inconvenience. I was nervous through the whole process, but she kept me informed and reassured. She made things happen in a timely manner. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Kathy sold me my 1st house. She was very patient with me. Being my 1st house, I wanted the moon but I could only afford a piece of the pie. My overall experience was pleasant, I would and have used Kathy again for all my real estate needs.
