Kathy Foran was a delight to work with from beginning to end. She provided us tips at the beginning to help expedite the sale of our house. Everything from staging our house to getting quality contractors to help us fix up a few things to get it ready for sale. We were under a tight timeline as we were moving down South. Kathy is incredibly responsive, detail oriented and has incredible local connections and knowledge to support you across the entire process. Kathy literally knows everyone in metrowest as she is a seasoned realtor. She does her research and she helped us price the house correctly. Working with Kathy Foran was a great experience. We were moving my mother to an assisted living and needed her condo sold relatively quickly. I have worked with Kathy before, so immediately I knew she was the perfect person for the job. She met with my mother and I, and my mother felt very comfortable with her. This is the 3rd time I have used Kathy for buying/selling my homes. She had our document preparation for our initial meeting turned around within a couple of days - surprisingly fast!! She is extremely thorough in her preparation for getting your house ready for sale. She’s been doing this for YEARS in the Framingham area and absolutely knows what she’s doing. I rarely, if ever, questioned her advice and recommendations. She is highly responsive to questions. I am never left hanging waiting for her to get back to me. And she was always letting me know what was next or what I needed to do for the selling process. She is tenacious and will work to make sure you get the very best offer. What I like(d) most about Kathy is that she became my friend. It’s been 7 years since the sale of my last house and this house and I always felt that I could reach out to her (and did!) in the interim if I needed recommendations on contractors to do work around the house. There are many reasons Kathy is Framingham's #1 realtor, and at the top of the list is her excellent communication. More than that, she's knowledgeable, gave us great advice, and was easy to work with when we sold our Dad's house. We interviewed 3 realtors, had 3 different opinions about how we should go about putting our Dad's house on the market. Kathy's was the most extensive and detailed, she had a great resource to help us get the work done that she recommended, and when we asked for references, provided a list of more than 20 people who were willing to talk about the work she had done on their behalf. Needless to say, we were thrilled, but not surprised, when the house sold in three days for well over asking with multiple offers. Everything from the initial interview to reviewing the offers, to final closing was handled professionally with great conmunication. Kathy is the best! She was extremely thorough and professional and wonderful to work with. She cares about her clients and the community she’s in. She was communicative and easy to reach to always answer any of our questions. She helped my 2 sisters with selling their 2 properties last year and were impressed by her amazing work.
