This is the sixth home I have purchased over the last 30 years. Kathy is by far the best agent I have ever worked with, she is extremely professional and effective in every aspect of buying and selling, a true pleasure to work with from start to finish.

Kathy is the absolute best realtor-- We found out we had to relocate across the country and we had two days to find a house. Kathy made it happen! She spent hours with us both days making sure we found a house that was going to be perfect for our family. She is so sweet, knowledgable and reliable. I highly recommend Kathy :)

My husband and I were living in Montgomery County and needed to relocate to Berks County for his job. Kathy came well recommended to me by a friend and we couldn't have been happier. At first we thought we would have to do most of the work by ourselves because of the distance, but that was not the case at all. From the very beginning Kathy demonstrated her willingness to literally go the extra mile to help us find the home we wanted. We gave her a list of features we desired in a house and a budget to stick to and my email was full of listings that night. After 2 months of looking we were starting to wonder if we'd ever find the right home for us but Kathy was not deterred! She didn't let us "settle" for less than we wanted. Sure enough we found the perfect house..a little out of our price range. Kathy was extremely instrumental in the bidding process and in getting the price down to one we could work with. Now we live in the home of our dreams. My family and friends all ask me "How did you ever find that house?" I tell them we had a really fantastic realtor. It wouldn't have been possible without her.

Kathy is very knowledgeable about the area. She is friendly, very patient. She knew the homes that we liked after couple showings and she even previews some ahead to save time. She helped us find what we wanted and recommend her strongly.

Kathy worked very hard from the beginning to the last minutes of settlement to make our home purchase experience as easy as possible. She has excellent communication and negotiation skills and worked until the wee hours of the morning to get our offer approved by the seller. Kathy is kind and caring, always taking time to explain the process or answer our questions!

Kathy couldn’t have provided a better experience for us. As first time home buyers, we have little idea of what to expect. Aside for her lengthy experience in the field, Kathy was knowledgeable, patient, very friendly and was always available. Any issue that needed attention she would always make sure we understood what was happening. She also was successful in any negotiations with the sellers on our behalf. Kathy helped my fiance and I buy our first home this spring. She was incredible when it came to helping us navigate what could have been an overwhelming process. She was quick to understand what we were looking for in a home (sometimes even before we knew what we were looking for) and helped us find and purchase the perfect home. Kathy walked us through all the steps of the home-buying process from our very first meeting, and offered us gentle guidance along the way, never making us feel rushed or pressured. Kathy was extremely knowledgeable about buying homes in both PA and DE, and was also able to offer recommendations for other professionals involved in the process--she found us a fantastic mortgage lender and home inspector. Kathy is honest, kind, and easy to work with; we couldn't have asked for more from a realtor. We will definitely be recommending her to all of our family and friends looking to buy, sell, or rent!

Kathy was recommended by a colleague of mine. She knows almost everything about the local area. She is also an expert on the whole process and provided lots of valuable information regarding Lender contact, Carpet contractors, Inspection company, Property tax lawyer, etc.. A few highlights - 1. Kathy is very responsive to our questions and requests. She works really hard; 2. Kathy is so experienced that she can tell you which parts of the home have problems in 5 mins. She also has good guess about whether the house wil be a quick sell; 3. Kathy is very skillful with the price negotiation. She helped us to bridge the gap between sell's asking price and our offering price; 4. Kathy's connections/recommnendation including local lender, Inspection company and Carpet contractors are very professional. The carpet contractor she recommended saved us $2000 dollars; 5. Kathy is very organized. She will combine everything at the end and put everything (sales contract, insurance, inspection, etc.) into a binder. She is also good at closing cost estimates. The difference between her estimated and actual closing cost is less than $100. Isn't that amazing?To summarize, you will NOT regret to have Kathy as your agent. I highly highly recommend her. You are the best Kathy!

Kathy was very helpful during the entire process of looking for and buying a house. We were not sure in the beginning where we wanted to get a place or what kind of place we wanted to get, so we covered a lot of area and narrowed it down slowly. Kathy was helpful with helping us narrow down the area. She responds very quickly to emails and phone calls and is organized. She is knowledgeable and was able to answer the questions that we had about the home-buying process. We ended up with a great house at a good deal and are very happy with it.
