I am a Maryville resident and familiar with surrounding communities including Blount, Sevier, Knox and Loudon. I have experience in all facets of real estate including residential resale, new construction, land and commercial. I possess negotiating skills to achieve optimum transactions. My experience and education aid in eliminating unforeseen problems and take you through each step of the real estate transaction.
My awards include Number One Sales Associate by State Tennessee 2015 and 2009. I received the Coldwell Banker International President's Premier Award in 2015 and International Presidents Elite in 2017 and 2021 & 2022. I was Coldwell Banker Nelson Realtors top producer for 2017 and 2021 & 2022.
My education has been through the Professional School of Real Estate in Knoxville, TN, and the Blount and Knox County Association of Realtors. I am a member of the TN Association of Realtors, Knoxville Area Multiple Listing Service both residential and commercial, and the National Association of Realtors. I received my GRI designation in 2006 and I received my Broker designation in 2009.

My wife and I met with several Realtors before meeting with Kathy as soon as she came out to our home her professionalism, excitement, and knowledge of our home and property made us feel she was definitely the one for us. That feeling was only strengthened every time we interacted with her no matter how busy she was she always had time for our questions and concerns and her guidance and recommendations where what got us the price for our home that we wanted I would absolutely recommend Kathy to anyone she did a great job.

I am the executor of my mother's estate and I live in North Carolina, but my Mom lived in Maryville, Tenn. I interviewed five agents including Kathy to choose the best agent to sell my Mom's home. Kathy was the clear winner of the interview process and I never doubted that I made the right choice. Kathy has been a joy to work with. Kathy was always willing to go the extra mile and handle coordinating visits, and repairs...and also checking on the status of activities/security around the house. If I had another home to sell, I would skip the interview process and call Kathy Parker, she is the best.

My wife and I lucked out finding Kathy to work with to help us purchase a second home near the Smoky Mountains. She is, without a doubt, one of the most professional, responsive, delightful, accommodating, and persistent people we’ve had the pleasure of working with. Kathy was creative in working through issues before they became barriers to our plans. Before, during and after the sale, she has made sure we can enjoy our new home in Blount County. Kathy is so easy to work with! She really pays attention to what you like so she can pick the right houses for you. She was very knowledgeable about all of the houses she showed us and always had all the information on the properties including any restrictions when we arrived for the showing. She also works really hard to help you sell your house. This is the third third time we have worked with Kathy buying and selling houses and we just love her!!!

I recently met Kathy when I called her to look at a new home. She was immediately responsive and listened to everything that I needed and wanted in a home. After finding the perfect one, she listed my current home the same day, which actually sold in one day! Kathy was always available to answer any questions that I had and was always concerned that I was happy with everything! I would definitely use Kathy for any real estate transactions that I would have in the future and would also recommend her to anyone interested in buying or selling their home!

Once in awhile you meet a genuinely nice person who you instinctively know is honest, intelligent and trustworthy. That would be Kathy! As our listing agent, she was spot on with every detail from staging to asking price. The house sold the day it was listed with a back up offer shortly there after. She worked tirelessly with us through the selling process to make sure we fully understood each step from the sellers point of view. We have used Kathy Parker numerous times. Over several years we have sold 3 houses and 4 lots with Kathy's help. We have also purchased 2 homes and a lot using Kathy as our realtor. I can't imagine calling anyone else. Kathy has protected our interest every time. She will often end up doing the work in a transaction that the other realtor has failed to do-thus saving the deal. Her ability to write a contract has spared us many misunderstandings and hassles in a negotiation. We have been in our current home 6 months when an issue came up with our builder. All was settled when we said, "Look at our contract. " All thanks to Kathy Parker.
