"Trust! the Best in the Business" is how I would describe KBT Realty. We were fortunate to find and work with Kirk Pugh. We were living Boston and searching for a home in Wilmington. Not easy when you're not local. Though Kirk made our dreams come true! How did he make that happen? He wanted to learn about "us" not just what we were looking for in a home. He never pushed us to look at unsuitable homes (just for a sale). He was thoughtful about our needs, our budget, the quality of the home, and location. Most importantly, he is someone you can trust, which speaks volumes!! It's been a month since we closed though Kirk and his valuable team continue to check in and assist me with new home ownership to-dos (especially learning how to maintain a home in a very different climate!). Our realtor was Rick Binford. It was a long process for us to lock in on a house. Life and retirement a fluid time line, but Rick stuck with us and once we were ready to we found what we wanted a couple weeks. During our closing transaction Kristine was so good to work with. She was very attentive to any questions we had. She truly went above and beyond.

Teri was excellent as well as all others involved in supporting the sale of our home. From the quick and efficient listing process and pictures taken within 1 business day, to fast open houses our home had an above offer within 3 days. Having a full service team in place helped make the process very efficient—-everything was handled quickly and accurately.

We worked with Rick Binford, and can't imagine anyone being more professional, courteous, and friendly than Rick and the team we worked with at KBT. The process took years because of our circumstances, but Rick stayed with us throughout. Recommended highly. Since we were out of state, Rick found the property, gave us a video tour, and the KBT team handled all the financial and legal work that needed to be done.

In a word, outstanding! I was an out of state buyer referred by my local realtor. I had such a great experience selling my house I could only hope for the same experience. KBT Realty Group, specifically CHARITY TUTTLE and KRISTINE RODDY went over and above to help make this happen. Charity listened to my thoughts and wish list, then was my eyes and ears on the ground. Technology wasn't our friend for virtual showings but she knew what I was looking for and what I was not looking for.
