Keith Magnuson has been Charlotte area resident for over 25 years. He graduated from Independence High School and Central Piedmont Community College where he studied automotive technology, physics and business administration. Keith is also a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. He served with Delta Company, 1st Tank Battalion and aboard the USS Peleliu with the 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit. Keith has since gained over 20 years’ experience in sales, finance, sales management and customer service management.
With an in-depth knowledge of the Charlotte Metro area. Keith’s specialty in real estate is helping to relocate out-of-town families as they move to the ever growing cities of Charlotte, Concord and surrounding areas. Keith is also one of the few Realtors® in the area to have earned the Certified Military Residential Specialist designation. As a veteran, he finds it rewarding to assist fellow veterans in achieving the American dream of homeownership by helping to navigate the VA loan process.

Keith is awesome! He was very accommodating to our schedule when viewing homes we were interested in. We had tons of questions, since we hadn’t purchased a home in 17 years. He answered all of them promptly, with patience and knowledge and walked us through every step to closing. We then had 2 houses that had to be sold that were involved in a difficult “special situation.” Keith went the extra mile to make sure that we could do what needed to be done with those properties as well as took care of extra documentation that was needed for the circumstances. We worked with Keith from May through October and he was always responsive and patient. He also took the time to know the kinds of houses we were after and didn't bother us with choices he knew wouldn't work. We got involved with him originally because we were intending to do a VA loan. When the actual purchase didn't work out that way, he was still great to work with, and I recommend him highly.

We contacted Keith about a listing that looked perfect for us, he was able to rearrange his personal schedule and show the home. We fell in love! I needed to make several visits to the home to measure for my wife who has mobility issues, each time Keith was happy to meet me and I never felt rushed. We had two delays (one for over 30 days) due to having to sell our property in Ga. Each time Keith represented our interests to the seller, pleaded our case, calmed nervous tensions, and provided stellar service. I am happy to own one of the houses listed in his recently sold!
